Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and major updates
• Define clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to key buyer personas
• Develop sales enablement assets including pitch decks, brochures, battle cards, email templates, and case studies
• Conduct deep customer and competitor research to refine product-market fit and GTM approach
• Partner with content, performance, and lifecycle teams to create campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention
• Collaborate with the product and growth teams to enhance onboarding flows, product education, and in-app engagement
• Monitor and report on product marketing KPIs including trial‑to‑paid conversion, feature adoption, and funnel performance
• Run experiments across messaging, pricing, channels, and positioning to uncover scalable growth levers

Job Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing (preferably in martech, eCommerce tech, or analytics platforms)
• Demonstrated success in building and executing GTM strategies that drive measurable business results
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex features into crisp business narratives
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom) and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4)
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
• Prior experience in fast‑paced startups or SaaS environments is highly desirable
