Job summary

Shriram Finance, Mumbai, is seeking a Product Manager for Unsecured Loans to identify new product opportunities and drive portfolio growth. You will collaborate with Credit, Operations, IT and Compliance to design, launch and improve products and processes, while tracking funnels and metrics to optimize conversions.

The role requires MBA/PGDM and 2-4 years in Retail Assets product management, preferably unsecured lending, with strong strategic, analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute is required.
• 2-4 years of work experience in retail assets product role.
• Preferably experience in unsecured lending.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new product opportunities to meet customer & market requirements.
• Look for opportunities to enhance revenue from business.
• Identify areas of process improvement in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and assess insights to help define strategies to improve customer experience and portfolio growth.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to NBFC guidelines in product design.
• Set up an effective product training mechanism for the sales team and channel partners for effective sales.
• Liaise with Credit, Operations, IT, Compliance in developing and executing product and process launches.
• Define, understand and improve key funnels and metrics w.r.t conversion.

• Ensure compliance and adherence to internal policies & NBFC guidelines in product design.
• Set up an effective product training mechanism for the sales team and channel partners for effective sales
• Closely liaison with other functions like Credit, Operations, IT, Compliance in developing and executing product and process launches
• Define, understand and improve key funnels and metrics w.r.t conversion

Required Skills:

Education and experience:
