Job summary

Careernet in Hyderabad seeks an experienced ITOM-focused professional to own the ServiceNow ITOM product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy. You will define architecture for CMDB governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, and enterprise service modeling, translating business needs into scalable platform solutions.

Lead requirements, workshops, and prioritization for enterprise ITOM programs while collaborating with architects and engineers to deliver robust ITOM capabilities and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience designing ITOM solutions for enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow ITOM product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy in alignment with enterprise goals.
• Define solution architecture for ITOM capabilities, including CMDB governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, and service modeling.
• Lead requirements discovery, business analysis, stakeholder workshops, and prioritization for enterprise ITOM transformation programs.
• Establish governance standards for service data, configuration items, relationships, and CSDM-aligned service models.
• Coordinate with enterprise architects, engineering teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions and integrations.

• Lead requirements discovery, business analysis, stakeholder workshops, and prioritization for enterprise ITOM transformation programs.

Skills Required

• 10 - 16 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow, ITOM, solution design, business analysis, and product management.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform initiatives.
• Proven capability as a Solution Designer, defining architecture and translating business requirements into platform solutions.
• Strong Business Analysis and Business Analyst experience, including requirements elicitation, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated Product Management and Product Manager experience owning roadmaps, prioritization, and platform strategy.
• Expertise in ITOM, CMDB governance, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, cloud integrations, and enterprise service modeling.

Good to Have

• Relevant ServiceNow or IT service management certification.
