Zodiac HR Consultants in Mumbai seeks a proactive Product Manager to oversee a Pan India portfolio across tech, consumer electronics, and IT products. You will partner with sales managers to drive performance, execute launches, and coordinate with distributors and partners to bring updates to market.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor the product portfolio across Pan India.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers across regions to assess performance.

• Provide product/business support to the sales team.
• Visit distributors and channel partners across India.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis including launches.
• Track product movement and identify fast/slow movers.
• Coordinate with distributors on offers, schemes and requirements.
• Ensure new products and updates are introduced on time.
• Monitor lifecycle, demand and market requirements.
• Gather market feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to improve performance.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the assigned product portfolio across Pan India.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers across different regions to understand sales performance and overall business status.
• Analyse product performance and identify reasons if sales or business starts declining.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand challenges and provide the required product/business support.
• Visit distributors, channel partners and different markets across India to understand the on-ground market situation.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, including competitor products, pricing, features and new launches.
• Track product movement and identify products that are performing well, slowing down or going out of the market.
• Coordinate with distributors and channel partners regarding product offers, schemes and business requirements.
• Ensure new products and product updates are introduced into the market on time.
• Monitor product lifecycle, demand and market requirements.
• Gather feedback from the market and channel partners and share relevant insights with internal teams.
• Work with Sales and other internal teams to improve product performance and busines

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for candidates with experience in Product Management / Product Business Management within the technology, consumer electronics or IT product industry.
