Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking a product manager to own end-to-end problems in field-force coordination and ops workflows. You will partner with sales, operations, and field staff to design scalable, data-driven solutions and reduce manual work.

The role emphasizes hands-on collaboration with on-ground teams and a strong focus on practical impact, speed, cost, and reliability. Prior experience in logistics or field services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Own one or more clearly defined business problems, products, or operational domains end-to-end (for e.g. field-force coordination, sales execution workflows, order and project management, or service and AMC scheduling).
• Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual effort, exceptions, and recurring escalations through better system design.
• Drive product discovery through close engagement with on-ground teams - sales consultants, operations coordinators, and field service staff.
• Translate operational needs and constraints into clear product problem statements, requirements, and execution plans.
• Work with engineering and analytics to define success metrics, track impact, and iterate post-launch.
• Make trade-offs between speed, cost, and robustness while building solutions that scale reliably.
