Job summary

Linc in Bidhannagar, West Bengal seeks a driven Product Manager to lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch. You will conduct market and consumer research to identify needs and trends, and manage pricing, positioning and lifecycle of products.

Collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Design and Marketing, you will monitor demand, inventory, and SKU availability, track performance, and drive new product development to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in stationery/consumer products is preferred.
• Strong product development and project management skills required.
• Knowledge of market and consumer research methods desired.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities expected.
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Purchase, Supply Chain, Design and Marketing.

Responsibilities
