Job summary

Excelpoint Systems in Bengaluru, India seeks a Product Marketing lead to drive sales for a defined product group, manage a marketing team and optimize quoting to win opportunities from Sales branches.

The role requires coordinating supplier relationships, developing performance plans and ensuring SLA on quotes, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Interconnect & Electromechanical Products (PM/FAE/BD role preferred).
• Travel willingness when required.
• Competencies: integrity, reactive, detail/result-oriented, presentation, computer, interpersonal, negotiation, teamwork, direction/pressure handling, prioritization, discipline.

Job Content

• Responsible for achieving sales targets and goals for a specific product group
• Responsible for a defined Product Marketing set of classes
• Management of Marketers
• Create, implement and monitor action plan for focus suppliers within the branches
• Maintain and improve key suppliers relationship
• Responsible for SLA on timely completion of quotes
• Responsible to make sure that Product Group develops proficiency in aggressively quoting to win key opportunities from Sales branches
• Maintain proper follow-up systems

Qualifications and Other Requirements

• A minimum of a Degree or equivalent
• Should have knowledge and experience of Interconnect & Electromechanical Products (Preferably in the Product Manager or FAE or Business Development role)
• Must be able to travel when required

Experience (Min - Max)
