Job summary

• Collaborate with Product Lead and RMs to pitch bespoke lending solutions.
• Prepare client presentations and pitch materials for structured finance.
• Analyze client needs to support development of tailored financing structures.
• Prepare credit appraisal memos, models, term sheets, and negotiate documentation.
• Monitor deals, track covenants, and highlight emerging risks.
• Support development of new structured lending products for corporate clients.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and pitch materials.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of an exposure, from initial structuring and deal negotiation to obtaining credit approvals, executing transactions, and ongoing monitoring throughout the life of the deal.

• – Work with Product Lead and Coverage RMs to pitch for bespoke lending solutions to corporate clients seeking such solutions.
• – Prepare client presentations and pitch materials for structured finance solutions.
• – Assist in analyzing client requirements to support development of tailored financing structures.
• – Preparation of credit appraisal memos, models, term sheets, and negotiation of transaction related documentation.
• – Monitor ongoing deals, track covenants, and highlight emerging risks.
