Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition and growth in SME and mid-market segments, focusing on Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, Term Loans, Invoice Discounting, and Structured Debt solutions.

You will identify and onboard clients, build a sales pipeline, coordinate with lenders and internal teams, and manage the end-to-end borrower lifecycle from sourcing to disbursement while expanding cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in SME/Corporate Lending, Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, Term Loans, or Invoice Discounting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and lending products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
