Job summary

Idfc First Bank Limited in Mumbai seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Current Account offer, shaping features, pricing and overall customer experience for diverse segments.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Retail Liabilities, ensure RBI and internal compliance, and monitor metrics like book size, acquisition and retention while enabling sales teams with GTM tools and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management.
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Design and develop new Current Account variants tailored to customer segments (e.g., SMEs, professionals, startups), their features, pricing etc.
• Monitor key product performance metrics (book size, acquisition metrics, retention metrics).
• Ensure all product features and processes comply with RBI and internal guidelines.
• Sales Enablement & Training - Develop go-to-market strategies, sales toolkits, and marketing collaterals.
• Conduct product training for branches, relationship managers, and channel partners and support frontline teams with customer-specific solutions.
• Liaise with digital banking team to enabling all the product features on mobile/internet banking.
