We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / PMT to manage assigned healthcare brands and drive brand growth, market penetration, prescription generation, and overall business performance. The role will involve brand planning, marketing strategy, doctor engagement, sales promotion, product launches, and close coordination with Sales and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and periodic brand plans and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, customer insights, and sales trend analysis.
• Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities for growth and market share improvement.
• Plan and execute doctor engagement programs, in-clinic activities, and scientific promotional initiatives.
• Develop marketing collaterals including visual aids, leave-behind literature, doctor communication, patient awareness materials, and digital content.
• Coordinate with Sales teams to understand market feedback and translate field insights into actionable brand strategies.
• Develop and execute sales promotion schemes and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct product and marketing training for the Sales team.
• Support product launches and ensure effective launch planning and execution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies.
• Track sales performance, campaign effectiveness, ROI, and brand objectives.
• Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews.

Required Qualifications
