Overview

Designation: Product Manager (Healthcare)

Required Work exp: 3-5 years

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on business goals and market needs.
• Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) with detailed workflows, wireframes, and user journeys.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement UI/UX screens, ensuring seamless user experience.
• Develop and maintain workflow diagrams for patient journeys, claim processes, and telehealth interactions.
• Ensure integration with APIs, EHRs, and healthcare data systems while maintaining compliance
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), validate product functionality, and iterate based on feedback.
• Monitor key metrics like user engagement, retention, and health outcomes to refine product strategy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, sales, operations) to drive product adoption and improvements.

Qualifications
