Brief Profile Snapshot

As a Product Manager you shall lead multiple product ranges with a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You should carry be a market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release. You need to be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross‑functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
• Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
• Responsible for understanding the client requirements and preparing a FS document after discussing with Development team.
• Responsible for explaining the functionality to client, support team and developers.
• Responsible for reviewing test cases.
• Responsible for problem analysis and functional verification.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or BSC. Computers.
• Should have minimum 5 years’ experience in payments project on Business Analysis. Should have good exposure to different payment standards like IMPS/NEFT/Card Payment /AEPS/ Financial inclusion.
• Should have experience in working with clients to understand the business requirements. Should have working experience on at least two payment products.
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Highly effective cross‑functional team management.
• Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
