The role emphasizes RBI/FEMA/FX compliance, multi-currency payments, and collaboration with banking partners and payment networks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in product management or a closely related role.
• Experience in cross-border/international payments, fintech, or global payments.
• Ability to translate product vision into clear requirements and success metrics.
• Strong collaboration across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap for Cross-Border and International Payment solutions.
• Translate vision into requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage dependencies, regulations, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Treasury, and Business teams.
• Develop and enhance international payment solutions including money movement, settlements, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, FX, KYC/AML and international standards.
• Define success metrics and monitor product performance for continuous improvement.

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager with strong experience in Cross-Border Payments, International Payments, or Global Fintech. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end product execution and work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, compliant, and customer‑centric international payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Cross-Border and International Payment solutions, aligned with business and company objectives
• Translate product vision into clear requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes
• Drive complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders, managing dependencies, regulations, and trade-offs
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Business teams
• Build and enhance payment solutions for international money movement, cross-border collections, payouts, and settlements
• Ensure products remain compliant with RBI, FEMA, FX regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and applicable international payment standards
• Work closely with banking partners, payment networks, FX partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders
• Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Identify problems, break down ambiguity, and apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization
• Understand customer and business requirements related to multi‑currency payments, FX conversion, international settlements, and reconciliation
• Build and scale international payment solutions with a strong focus on customer experience, compliance, business impact, and operational efficiency
