You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and translate complex business needs into clear requirements.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, ability to handle API/payment flow concepts, and knowledge of India's payment ecosystem including UPI, cards, internet banking, and wallets.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Product Management, Payments and Fintech.
• Experience with Payment Gateway / Payment Aggregator ecosystems.
• Knowledge of fintech regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and analyze requirements for new features.
• Coordinate product and market analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver cross-functional product initiatives and track progress.
• Optimize processes and user experiences in current flows.
• Monitor regulatory and ecosystem changes affecting the product.
• Understand payment gateway/payment aggregator business models.
• Develop knowledge of India payment ecosystem (cards, UPI, wallets).
• Create clear requirement docs, BRD and FSDs for stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Product team and drive discovery, definition and delivery of innovative products and experiences. The role requires close co-ordination with internal as well as external stakeholders.

Ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the India digital payment ecosystem, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to convert complex business needs into clear product requirements.

• Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills for creating presentation, decks, BRD and FSDs.
• Ability to understand complex API, Payment Flow and System Integration concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong understanding of agile product development.
• Ability to create process flows, swim lanes, flow charts and wireframes after analysing the requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• 4-5 years’ experience in Product Management, Payments and Fintech.
• Experience working with Payment Gateway, Payment Aggregator, Bank and Card Networks.
• Knowledge of fintech regulatory guidelines.
