Job summary

Encube Ethicals in Mumbai is seeking a Brand & Product Manager to own the portfolio's growth. You will create a yearly business plan, develop a support plan, and ensure timely execution of agreed activities.

You will assess opportunities in antiseptic and adjacent categories, drive cross-functional collaboration and vendor management to deliver the strategic plan.

Lead analytics, product development, promotions, monitor market changes, and report portfolio performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharma OTC or FMCG required

Responsibilities

• Creating a business plan for the financial year for the existing portfolio
• Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives
• Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities on the brand
• Assessment of opportunities in antiseptic and adjacent categories
• Executing the final agreed strategic plan for the category through cross functional co-ordination and external vendor management
• Lead all the brand and product management analysis, planning and execution for the brand, including product development, creative and promotions
• Monitor market changes, trade issues, competitive brand communications and product development activities and to actively share key findings internally
• Regular reporting of business performance of the portfolio
