Job summary

Masco Nuag is seeking a Product Development professional to drive new product initiatives from concept to launch in the agrochemicals sector. You will identify vendors, manage samples and trials, and coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Finance, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely launches.

The role requires 3–5 years in agroinputs, strong negotiation and Excel/MIS skills, and a background in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or an MBA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in agrochemicals, fertilizers, biologicals, bio stimulants, or agri-inputs.
• Strong understanding of product development, vendor management, and inventory planning.
• Good negotiation, analytical, communication, and Excel/MIS skills.
• MBA or Life Sciences / Agribusiness background preferred.

Responsibilities
