Job summary

JobItUs in Churchgate, Mumbai, seeks a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager for the Mortgage Business product management role. The candidate will drive performance through analytics, coordinate MIS data, and support senior teams with data-driven insights. The role requires MBA and 5–8 years in BFSI, with strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

The incumbent will liaise with product/credit teams, design training modules with L&D, and lead initiatives to enhance sales force efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Excellent communication skills & Stakeholder management.
• Experience in BFSI sector would be preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Managing and driving Mortgage Business performance through various business analytical reports.
• Analysis of market share data and inputs to senior management and sales team to enhance performance.
• Assist MIS analysis and provide data analytics to Sales & Operations and Management.
• Coordinate communication for new product launches within the organization.
• Introduce and improve policies and processes for existing product portfolio.
• Work with L&D to design training modules for the sales force on new product variants.
• Liaise with stakeholders to drive sales force transformation.
• Drive initiatives to improve sales force efficiency.
• Assist sales team and drive business via performance trackers and marketing activities.
• Design contests/campaigns to enhance sales force productivity.
• Resolve customer complaints with stakeholders within prescribed timelines.
• Coordinate with Product / Credit team of HDFC Bank.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing and driving the Mortgage Business performance through various business analytical reports
• Analysis of market share data and provide inputs to the senior management and sales team to enhance and improve business performance
• Assist the Management with analysis of MIS and prepare data and provide data analytics to Sales & Operations team and Management
• Handle communication for new product launch within the organization
