• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Sales Enablement - Partner with LD to design training programs, support sales teams with trackers and marketing initiatives, and drive campaigns/contests to improve productivity and business conversion.
• Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with Product, Credit, Operations, and Sales teams, including HDFC Bank stakeholders, to drive business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
• Business Analytics - Track mortgage business performance through MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports. Analyze market share trends and provide actionable insights to management.
• Customer Experience - Resolve customer complaints and escalations within defined timelines while ensuring high service standards.
• Business Growth - Drive sales force transformation initiatives and support strategic projects aimed at improving efficiency, revenue, and overall business performance.
