Must-Have

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline with 8-10 years working on cloud SW products and leading teams in different roles
• - Effective communication skills and flexibility to closely collaborate with international partners and colleagues , Lead product delivery
• - Experience in people management and leading internal and external teams
• - Proven experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. (Salesforce products)
• - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have

• - Salesforce knowledge (or even certification), Data engineering experience
