Job summary

Element Infomatics invites a seasoned Salesforce architect/consultant to lead Revenue Cloud implementations in India. You will design complex product catalogs, pricing rules, and guided selling workflows, while aligning with best practices across Enterprise, Solution, Data, and Integration domains.

This role emphasizes API-first integration, including Apigee gateway exposure for external storefronts, and hands-on development with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows to extend standard configurations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ/RLM.
• Deep knowledge of CLM, Order & Subscription management.
• Strong API design experience with REST/SOAP and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Architectural collaboration with Enterprise, Solution, Data, and Integration Architects.
• Design and configure complex catalogs, pricing rules, bundled schemas, and approvals in Revenue Cloud.
• Expose CPQ/Revenue Cloud engines to external storefronts via APIs.
• Develop scalable custom components with Apex, LWC, and Flow when needed.

Role & responsibilities

• Architectural Collaboration: Partner directly with the Enterprise, Solution, Data, and Integration Architects (Gautham, Kyle, Bhanu, Smitha) to ensure the solution design aligns with best practices.
• Modern Revenue Cloud Delivery: Design and configure complex product catalogs, pricing rules, guided selling, bundling schemas, and approval workflows. Lead the transition towards standard/native Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) architectures.
• Omni-channel Integration: Support our Experience Cloud & B2B Ecommerce streams by exposing CPQ/Revenue Cloud product, pricing, and quoting engines to external digital storefronts via APIs.
• API Design: Collaborate with the Integration team to design and build highly performant REST/SOAP APIs to integrate Salesforce with downstream ERPs via Apigee middleware.
• Technical Customization: Build scalable custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows when standard out-of-the-box configuration is insufficient.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-10 years of dedicated hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, or Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM).
• Deep knowledge of Product Configuration, Pricing and Discounting engines, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Order Management, and Subscription/Renewal Management.
• Strong development background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Comprehensive understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and JSON structures, with a focus on designing headless, API-first solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
• Hands-on experience or close technical exposure to Apigee API Gateway.
• Prior experience working in the Manufacturing, Industrial Products, HVAC, or Supply Chain sectors.
