Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT services with a Salesforce focus.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex revenue management solutions within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role is dedicated to streamlining the entire Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between sales operations and financial systems. The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor, driving the adoption of Revenue Cloud and CPQ capabilities to enhance billing accuracy, accelerate revenue recognition, and support scalable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy robust Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Advanced Revenue Cloud (RCA) solutions tailored to specific organizational needs.
• Manage the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, including the configuration of Amendments, Renewals, and Salesforce Billing modules.
• Develop and maintain custom business logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows to extend platform functionality.
• Design and execute data queries and integrations utilizing SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and REST/SOAP protocols to ensure system interoperability.
• Facilitate seamless data synchronization between Salesforce and external Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce CPQ tools to support complex pricing models and product bundling strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the IT Services industry, with a strong focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), and Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in development languages including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep understanding of data manipulation and integration techniques, specifically SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and REST/SOAP standards.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows for process automation and complex business logic.
• Demonstrated capability in managing Salesforce Billing scenarios, including amendments and contract renewals.
• Practical knowledge of integrating Salesforce with major ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong grasp of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) operational framework and revenue management principles.
