• Own the product roadmap and prioritization across business teams.
• Drive initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification to adoption.
• Conduct regular product and development reviews to track progress, quality, risks, and commitments.
• Manage escalations and production issues, ensuring timely root cause resolution.
• Design and improve product processes, feature intake mechanisms, and team operating models.
• Establish quality standards across PRDs, prototyping, development, testing, UAT, and production.
• Enhance productivity through automation, AI, and process improvements.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and handle escalations effectively. Process Excellence: Experience building processes, frameworks, and operational structures from the ground up. Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring teams with a strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
