Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
• Identify products for standardization and drive value analysis/value engineering to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and QA processes; identify process improvements.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and translate into product requirements.
• Generate innovative ideas and conceptual designs; oversee prototypes and testing plans.
• Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
