Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies(Hiring for a Client) is seeking a Product Manager to lead an AI-first lending platform for banks and NBFCs. You will collaborate with customers, engineering, and AI teams to define requirements and drive feature delivery.

You will own PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, translate business needs into clear specs, and work across cross-functional teams through agile development to ship value quickly.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, Technical Business Analysis, or Solutions Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in writing PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong API, enterprise software, and Agile understanding.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication and analytical skills.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specs.
• Manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.

• Good understanding of APIs, enterprise software, and Agile methodologies.

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking, Lending, FinTech, or Enterprise SaaS products.
• Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Digital Lending, or Workflow Platforms.
• Exposure to AI or Generative AI products.
