Job summary

EPAM Systems India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Manager - AI to lead AI-driven product vision and delivery from concept to production. You will bridge market needs with business objectives and technical execution, driving growth across BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance and Life Sciences domains.

You will own roadmaps, define go-to-market plans, and ensure ethical AI practices while coordinating with cross-functional teams in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of IT experience, with 10+ years in Product Owner/PM roles.
• Expertise in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Life Sciences domains.
• Expertise in BPM, wireframing, mockup design, and demo creation.
• Expertise in product roadmap management, risk management, and mitigation.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, CV, and Generative AI/LLMs.
• Understanding of MLOps / LLMOps lifecycle management.
• Understanding of dataset creation, labeling, quality considerations, AI evaluation metrics, and monitoring strategies.
• Familiarity with AI systems requirements engineering for AI and data teams.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles and ethics.

• Understanding of model training versus model usage trade-offs, along with MLOps / LLMOps lifecycle management
• Understanding of dataset creation, labeling, quality considerations, AI evaluation metrics, and monitoring strategies
• Familiarity with advanced requirements engineering for AI systems and agile product ownership for AI and data teams
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles and ethics
• Familiarity with AI models used for productivity enhancement in product management activities
