Job summary

AU SMALL FINANCE BANK seeks a Technical Product Manager to design agentic journeys and lead the AI roadmap for lending products in India. You will prioritize AI use-cases, orchestrate LLM flows, and ensure secure, scalable integration with existing credit systems.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in product management, deep BFSI regulatory knowledge (KYC/AML, LAP), and hands-on experience with LangChain, RAG, and evaluation pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management with 2–3 years shipping AI agent/conversational products.
• Deep knowledge of Indian BFSI regulations, LAP guidelines, KYC/AML and underwriting workflows.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain), RAG architectures, and evaluation pipelines.
• Experience turning ambiguous feedback into clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Owns agentic journey design, AI roadmap, and use-case prioritization.
• Lead conversational flows, multi-agent handoffs, and security framework.
• Ensure integration standards, scalability, and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Oversee data tracing of agent outputs, costs and latency.

Required Experience

• Overall Experience: 6+ years in Product Management, with at least 2–3 years explicitly spent building and shipping AI agent, conversational AI, or automated lending products.
• Domain Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of Indian BFSI regulations, specifically Loan Against Property (LAP) guidelines, KYC/AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements, and standard underwriting workflows.
• AI/ML Exposure: Practical experience working with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and evaluation pipelines.
• Agile Scaling: Proven track record of turning ambiguous user feedback into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
