Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap, backlog and feature prioritization for App & Web journeys.
• Translate needs into BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery through development, UAT and launch.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Design/UI-UX, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
• Manage Agile sprints, dependencies, defects, UAT and release readiness.
• Drive improvements in customer journeys, UI/UX and funnel conversion.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion, drop-offs and business performance.
• Manage stakeholder governance, updates, risks and escalations.

Job Summary :-

Own end-to-end product delivery for assigned App & Web digital journeys, from requirement definition and roadmap planning to UAT, launch and post-live optimization. Drive cross-functional execution to improve customer experience, digital adoption and business conversion.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Own product roadmap, backlog and feature prioritization for assigned App & Web digital journeys.
• Translate business and customer needs into BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from requirement discovery through development, UAT, launch and post-live.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Design/UI-UX, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams for timely delivery.
• Manage Agile sprints, dependencies, defects, UAT and release readiness to ensure quality and timely launches.
• Drive improvements in customer journeys, UI/UX, digital adoption and funnel conversion.
• Monitor product KPIs, conversion, drop-offs, adoption and business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder governance, project updates, risks and escalations to ensure delivery discipline.
• Drive post-launch issue resolution and continuous product optimization based on customer and performance insights.

Key Requirements :-

• 710 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Platforms, Digital Lending or Customer Experience.
• Strong experience in App/Web products, Agile delivery and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience in product roadmap, backlog, BRD/user stories, UAT and release management.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX, customer journeys, digital funnels, analytics and KPI tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience in BFSI / FinTech / Digital Lending preferred.
• Graduate in Engineering, Technology, Management, Business or related discipline; MBA preferred.
