• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or tech businesses is a plus.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more products/features.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and business problems through research, data, and customer feedback.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver products end-to-end.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities.
• Define and track product KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics to measure product performance.
• Use data, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and maintain product differentiation.
• Manage the complete product lifecyclefrom discovery and ideation through launch, iteration, and optimization.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and contribute to building strong product-management practices within the organization.
• Ensure products are scalable, user-friendly, commercially viable, and aligned with overall business objectives
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5 to 10 years of total professional experience, with significant experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or a closely related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience owning and delivering digital products from concept to launch and beyond.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, experimentation, and product analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and customer insights to make product decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, including conversion, retention, engagement, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel/Amplitude, GA4, SQL, or similar product/analytics platforms is desirable.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS, consumer internet, fintech, e-commerce, healthtech, edtech, or other technology-driven businesses is an advantage.
• Demonstrated history of delivering measurable business outcomes and successfully managing products at scale.
