Job summary

Fynd (Shopsense Retail Technologies Ltd.) is seeking a Product Manager to lead Konnect integrations. You will define a strategy for API-driven integrations, coordinate cross-system data flows, and drive adoption with partners and internal teams.

You will work with engineering and design to translate requirements into specs, manage timelines, and foster strong partnerships to deliver value across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of product management experience with a focus on API-driven integrations.
• Strong technical understanding of integration principles and system architecture.

What will you do at Fynd?

• Develop a holistic integration strategy for Konnect, focusing on seamless integration with marketplace, ERP, POS, and WMS systems.

Product Development:

• Define clear product requirements and prioritize features based on market demand and partner feedback.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and changes, meeting defined scope and quality standards.

Partnership Management:

• Cultivate strong relationships with integration partners, fostering collaboration and alignment on product roadmap.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and feedback, advocating for their needs within the organization.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize partner performance to drive mutual success.

Communication:

• Communicate product updates and roadmap changes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide regular updates on integration progress, highlighting achievements and addressing any challenges or risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on integration goals and priorities.

Some Specific Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on API-driven integrations.
