Job summary

Fynd in Mumbai is seeking a Product Manager for integrations to lead the Konnect platform, coordinating with marketplace, ERP, POS, and WMS systems, and aligning product roadmaps with partner priorities.

You will partner with engineering and design to translate requirements into technical specs, manage timelines, drive adoption of new integrations, and maintain a customer-centric, data-driven approach that delivers measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic integration strategy for Konnect, focusing on seamless integration with marketplace, ERP, POS, and WMS systems.
• Identify key API requirements and facilitate smooth data flow between systems.
• Drive change management processes to ensure successful adoption of new integrations.
• Collaborate closely with partners to understand their needs and manage integration timelines effectively.
• Define clear product requirements and prioritize features based on market demand and partner feedback.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and changes, meeting defined scope and quality standards.
• Cultivate strong relationships with integration partners, fostering collaboration and alignment on product roadmap.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and feedback, advocating for their needs within the organization.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize partner performance to drive mutual success.
• Communicate product updates and roadmap changes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide regular updates on integration progress, highlighting achievements and addressing any challenges or risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on integration goals and priorities.
• Embrace a customer-centric approach, prioritizing partner needs and delivering value through seamless integrations.
