Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks an analytics-focused professional to drive AI-enabled roadmaps and portfolio orchestration within Wealth, translating outputs into decision-ready views for leaders and clients. You will identify overlaps, dependencies, and risks while coordinating governance preparation and standardized workflows across product teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct AI agents to gather, normalize, and synthesize product roadmaps across Wealth
• Translate roadmap outputs into decision-ready, leadership-and-client-appropriate views
• Identify strategic overlaps, dependencies, risks, and gaps across portfolios
• Orchestrate AI-supported preparation for the Wealth Investment Governance Board
• Ensure consistent standards for agendas, materials, cadence, and follow-ups
• Track decisions and actions, escalating risks and dependencies as needed
• Leverage AI agents to research, analyze, and support ad hoc strategic initiatives such as Strat Plan, Growth Day, Client and Internal opportunities and Fiscal Year Planning
• Prepare executive-ready narratives, analyses, and materials
• Document and optimize Wealth product management processes using AI tools
• Identify opportunities for standardization (e.g., roadmaps, service descriptions)
• Partner with teams to drive adoption of best practices and improved workflows
• Support Function as a champion for responsible and effective use of Broadridge AI tools Assist teams in capturing product and client insights using AI Support the Wealth AI Task Force and Center of Excellence Contribute ideas for new AI-enabled capabilities and workflows
• Leadership receives clear, timely, and decision-ready insights
• Reduced turnaround of Product Collateral (Roadmaps, Service Descriptions) via established workflows
• Governance forums are high-value, well-run, and outcome-oriented
• Product teams experience less friction and more alignment
• AI tools are adopted, trusted, and embedded into daily process workflows
