Job summary

Eternal Hr seeks an experienced R&D professional to support biostimulants and biofertilizers product development from concept through to commercial launch. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate farmer needs into viable agritech solutions.

You will conduct market research, analyze customer requirements and monitor competitor products, coordinating with R&D, Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales and Marketing to ensure timely delivery and successful deployment in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience in biostimulants, biofertilizers, agri-inputs and field trials.
• Ability to support product development from concept to commercial launch.
• Experience with farmer or dealer support may be beneficial.
