Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Delhi is seeking a Product Design Engineer to design plastic components for various products, focusing on manufacturability and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to optimize designs and ensure feasibility using injection molding knowledge.

The role requires 4–5 years of experience in plastic parts design, strong knowledge of molding processes, materials, tooling, and proficiency in Creo/UG for 3D modeling and drawings.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers, to develop and optimize designs.
• Ensure design feasibility by applying knowledge of injection molding techniques and material selection.
• Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) with accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize 3D CAD software (Creo/UG) for part design, assembly, and technical drawings.
• Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) studies to enhance product quality and eAficiency.

Key Requirements
