The candidate should be adept at documenting business cases, processes, controls, and defect tracking, with a track record of closing gaps and delivering productivity gains in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Retail Banking domain.
• Expertise in Merchant Management lifecycle, Cards, and Payments processes.
• Strong experience in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Lead operational assignments end-to-end, providing effective solutions to business challenges.
• Skilled in preparing business use cases, process documentation, controls, and defect tracking.
• Proven ability to identify process gaps and implement productivity-enhancing solutions.
• Experience in detailed business analysis, problem-solving, and solution design.
• Adaptable and flexible in fast-paced, dynamic business environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of First Data, VBA, and Excel Macros is an added advantage.
• Skills with M/O flag are part of Specialization
