Job summary

Mouser is looking for an experienced procurement professional to manage sourcing, purchasing operations, and vendor relationships across IT hardware, software licenses, and office supplies.

You will ensure timely delivery, coordinate with finance and IT teams, and implement cost-saving procurement strategies while complying with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in IT and general procurement.
• Vendor management and sourcing best practices essential.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Experience in IT and general procurement to manage and streamline our sourcing and purchasing operations.
• Manage end to end procurement for IT hardware (laptops, servers, networking equipment), software licenses, and general office supplies & services.
• Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of goods and services as per organizational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and budgets.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service level agreements.
• Maintain and update an approved vendor database.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and applicable statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Manage purchase orders, request quotations, and vendor agreements efficiently.
• Monitor market trends and benchmark pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Track key performance indicators related to procurement efficiency and cost reduction.
• Work closely with finance, IT, and operations teams to align purchasing decisions with organizational goals.
• Generate regular reports on procurement status, budgets, and vendor performance.
• Complete knowledge of Procure-to-Pay P2P
• Ability to collaborate with overseas stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
• Supply chain certifications are an added advantage
