Job summary

Tech Mahindra in India is seeking an IT procurement professional to handle end-to-end procurement operations, from vendor selection to price comparison, agreements, and logistics, coordinating with internal teams to deliver on commitments.

The role requires strong negotiation, planning, vendor management, and excellent communication. You will work with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle and sourcing tools such as Ariba or GEP, ensuring cost reductions and SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• End-to-end IT procurement experience preferred.
• Familiar with ERP-based procurement processes.
• Strong vendor negotiation and cost-saving focus.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in end-to-end Procurement operations including vendor selection, price comparison, agreement negotiation, logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to convert a user project requirement into deliverables, plan, track and deliver as per commitment.

• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, market and supplier base.

Role & responsibilities

• Can handle multiple projects and coordination with internal customers to meet the targets.

• Knowledge of various methods of costing and viable commercial models to negotiate deals effectively.
• Can manage Admin /HR / Marketing & Legal related products and services buying for the organization.
• Knowledge and experience of working in highly automated systems environment including ERP.
• Responsible for achieving objectives of cost reductions, SLA compliance, process compliances and highest level of customer delight.
