Job summary

Ansco Systems Private Limited in Gurugram is seeking a Procurement/Purchase Engineer (Solar) to source solar equipment and manage procurement for utility-scale projects.

You will build vendor relationships, float RFQs, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely material availability while coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams. Relevant Solar EPC procurement experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Prefer experience in Solar EPC procurement.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Procure solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, transformers, and BOS materials.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and performance tracking.
• Float RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Track deliveries, manage vendor performance, ensure material availability.
• Maintain procurement records and optimize procurement costs.
