Job summary

ANS IT India is seeking a Procurement Manager to own sourcing, vendor management and inventory planning for hardware and materials. Ensure devices and components are available at the right cost and quality when projects and customers need them.

You will manage suppliers, negotiate terms, plan inventory, coordinate with operations, service and finance, and maintain accurate procurement records to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in procurement, purchasing or supply-chain management.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure GPS devices, telematics hardware, SIMs and components at optimal cost and quality.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Plan and manage inventory levels to meet project and service demand without overstocking.
• Coordinate with operations, service and finance on procurement needs and budgets.
• Maintain accurate purchase, vendor and inventory records.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.

Experience Required

5–8 years in procurement, purchasing or supply-chain management.
