Job summary

Workindia is seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to own end-to-end procurement across Admin, Facilities, IT, Software, and Capex in Bengaluru. You will drive sourcing, vendor evaluations, negotiations, and contract management, while partnering with Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams to ensure cost efficiency and compliant procurement processes.

• Strong experience across IT, SAAS, Admin/Facilities, and Capex procurement.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement strategy and execution across Admin, Facilities, IT, Software, and Capex.
• Obtain competitive quotations, evaluate vendors, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Manage vendor onboarding, performance, contracts, renewals, and escalations.
• Handle procurement of SaaS, software, IT hardware, peripherals, cloud services, and office infrastructure.
• Manage Capex procurement for furniture, equipment, office setup, expansion, and relocation.
• Oversee procurement for housekeeping, security, pantry, office supplies, travel, and employee events.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLAs, warranties, and commercial agreements.
• Drive cost optimisation through benchmarking, vendor consolidation, alternate sourcing, and demand planning.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Admin, and business teams to ensure smooth procurement and compliance.
• Maintain accurate vendor, contract, PO, pricing, and procurement records.
