Job summary

Sadbhav Futuretech is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for solar EPC and infrastructure projects in Gurgaon. You will source vendors, negotiate contracts, plan materials, and drive cost optimization while coordinating with project, engineering, and finance teams.

The role requires 6–10 years’ experience in Solar EPC/Infrastructure and a strong grasp of procurement processes, supplier management, and ERP systems. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) is required or preferred.
• MBA in Supply Chain / Operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete procurement lifecycle including sourcing, RFQs, evaluation, negotiation, and order finalization.
• Develop and maintain a strong vendor base for solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS items.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project timelines.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost optimization.
• Prepare comparative statements (CS) and vendor evaluation reports.
• Coordinate with project and planning teams for material requirement planning (MRP).
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Handle contract management, purchase orders, and documentation.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
