Job description

Source. One is India’s leading zero-inventory distribution platform for industrial raw materials — polymers (~50kt/month), TiO2, solvents, recycled and compounded materials — with more verticals in the pipeline. We buy back-to-back from sellers and sell to buyers on the platform, and are now building the connective tissue — credit, logistics, and technology — that makes this the default way industrial materials get traded in India.

About the Role

T he Procurement Lead for Recycled Plastics will design and execute the sourcing strategy for adding more post-consumer recyclers (PCR) and post-industrial recyclers (PIR) with adding more grades to the companies portfolio. This role will scale the company's sustainable feedstock pipeline, build technical partnerships with recyclers, and ensure a resilient supply of quality consistent material across each grade to hit aggressive sourcing targets.

Who You Are
  • The Negotiator: Capable of negotiating with suppliers on key points such as price, quality and terms of transaction
  • The Network Builder: You enjoy building relationships with suppliers, recyclers, processors, and industry stakeholders.
  • The Market Expert: You understand recycled polymer markets, pricing dynamics, quality grades, and supply ecosystems.
