• Negotiate pricing, volumes, and contracts with suppliers and waste generators.
• Build and maintain a reliable vendor and supplier network for consistent material inflow.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely collection and delivery to Mangalpalle facility.
• Monitor market rates for recyclable materials and e-waste categories to optimise procurement costs.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with CPCB and state pollution control guidelines.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor agreements, and compliance documentation.
• Report procurement volumes, costs, and supplier performance metrics to management.

About the Role

Recytronics is hiring a Procurement Manager to source e-waste and recyclable materials from bulk generators, IT companies, government bodies, and collection partners across India. This role is critical to maintaining a steady inflow of feedstock for Recytronics recycling operations and meeting EPR target commitments for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure e-waste and recyclable materials from bulk generators, corporates, OEMs, and collection partners.
• Negotiate pricing, volumes, and contracts with suppliers and waste generators.
• Build and maintain a reliable vendor and supplier network for consistent material inflow.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely collection and delivery of materials to the Mangalpalle facility.
• Monitor market rates for recyclable materials and e-waste categories to optimise procurement costs.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with CPCB and state pollution control board guidelines.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor agreements, and compliance documentation.
• Report procurement volumes, costs, and supplier performance metrics to management.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor management.
• Experience in waste management, recycling, scrap trading, or environmental services sector preferred.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
• Understanding of e-waste categories, recyclable material pricing, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in procurement software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel for vendor meetings and site inspections.
