PSA Renewables in Delhi seeks an experienced AGM Purchase to lead end-to-end procurement for solar/EPC projects. The role demands strong negotiation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency across multiple project sites.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in renewable energy procurement, can coordinate with project, finance, and engineering teams, and will drive procurement strategies aligned with ambitious project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
• MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for solar/EPC projects
• Develop and implement purchase strategies aligned with project timelines
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors/suppliers
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards
• Handle procurement of modules, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS materials
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and performance tracking
• Coordinate with project, finance, and engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contract terms
• Optimize procurement cost without compromising quality
