Job summary

Technocraft Ventures Limited in India seeks a procurement professional to manage end-to-end buying of civil materials, create RFQs, PCCs and POs, and maintain vendor records. You will liaise with suppliers and accounts payable to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, vendor evaluation, and adherence to internal approval matrices. You will coordinate with storekeepers to maintain stock levels and support uninterrupted site operations in

Qualifications

Role & responsibilities

Creation of RFQ, PCC, Purchase Orders and relevant documents, Follow-up with vendor, Create and maintain vendor master record, PO etc. Maintain relation with suppliers, Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, other tasks assigned by line manager or company.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Handle end-to-end buying of civil raw materials (cement, steel, bitumen, aggregates), pipes, and site consumables.

2. Find, evaluate, and register reliable suppliers.

3. Creation of competitive price Chart, commercial terms and delivery schedules.

4. Draft RFQ, PCC &PO issue, and track POs through internal approval matrices and relevant documents.

5. Contact with storekeepers to track stock levels and ensure uninterrupted site operations.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like MS Word, Excel etc.

7. Create and maintain vendor master record, PO etc.

8. Follow-up with vendor for timely deliveries.
