Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Executive to join our Procruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the Procruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard Procruitment vendors as per business needs.
• Coordinate daily with vendors to ensure timely delivery and commitments.
• Track vendor performance and maintain reports on submissions, interviews, and closures.
• Ensure vendor compliance with company guidelines, SLAs, and policies.
• Act as the communication link between internal teams and external vendors.
• Follow up with vendors for timely updates on candidate status and interview progress.
• Address and resolve vendor-related issues, delays, or escalations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of vendor agreements, interactions, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
