Job Summary:

We are seeking a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and inventory of raw materials and essential supplies for our bakery operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of procurement processes, market trends, supplier management, and supply chain operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure all raw materials and supplies required for bakery production.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production and minimize wastage.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and price fluctuations.
• Analyse procurement data, forecast demand, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards for all sourced materials.
• Collaborate with the production and finance teams to align procurement with business needs.
• Monitor and improve supply chain processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Prepare reports on purchasing, costs, and inventory for management review.
