Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a Procurement Specialist (5+ years) in Bangalore to manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials. You will build strategic supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and drive sourcing strategies across FMCG and agri-based categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Technology, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of procurement experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Agri-based industries.
• Strong vendor management, strategic sourcing, and contract management capabilities.
• Hands-on with SAP MM, Oracle ERP or similar systems; advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.

1. Manage end-to-end procurement of agri-based raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials.
2. Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships while negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
3. Drive sourcing strategies for seasonal and agri-based commodities, ensuring uninterrupted supply.
4. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align procurement with production plans.
5. Monitor supplier performance, optimize procurement costs, mitigate supply risks, and maintain procurement documentation and MIS reports.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Technology, or Business; MBA preferred.
2. 57 years of procurement experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Agri-based industries.
3. Strong expertise in vendor management, strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
4. Hands-on experience with SAP MM, Oracle ERP, or similar procurement systems, along with Advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.
5. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing categories.
