Job summary

Knowledge Center HO in Gurugram seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead sourcing for construction and fit-out projects. You will develop procurement strategies, source and negotiate with contractors and suppliers, and manage RFQs, quotations, and purchase orders to ensure timely execution.

The role requires ERP proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and strong negotiation and stakeholder management to drive cost savings and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 58 years of procurement experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of BOQs, vendor negotiations, contracts, and project procurement.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
