Job summary

Communications Test Design is seeking an experienced procurement professional for sourcing, vendor development, and end-to-end purchasing in the electronics manufacturing sector in India. You will manage POs, negotiate costs, and ensure timely supplier deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a diploma/degree in electronics, mechanical, industrial engineering, or commerce, plus ERP experience (SAP MM or Oracle). Knowledge of BOMs, MP Ns, incoterms, and import procedures is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Commerce; MBA/PGDM in Materials/SCM is a plus.
  • 25 years of procurement/purchase experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or OEM.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM, Oracle, or similar).
  • Understanding of electronic components, BOMs, datasheets, and manufacturer part numbers (MPNs).
  • Knowledge of import procedures, Incoterms, and basic customs practices.
